Staff Spotlight: Yali Cohen

My name is Yali Cohen and I just finished my second year in Stern College. I am from sunny La Jolla, CA. A born and raised California girl through and through! I’ve been an NCSY advisor for two years now on the West Coast, but this is my first NCSY summer program and I could not be more stoked for the BEST. SUMMER. EVER. You must be wondering, who is this California chick? So, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I like Pina Coladas and getting stuck in the rain, and the feel of the ocean (but I’m not so into the taste of champagne). I also like to move it move it and the windows down, chillin’ with the radio on. I like to eat apples and bananas and I like to dance dance dance dance.I’m a total music addict (all previous facts are not only true, but song lyrics) and I have not only perfected the art of making iced coffee but, I drink at least one every day. Rain or shine. Or hail or snow. I’m most looking forward to hiking in Ein Gedi with all of you. Can’t wait until the summer, see you at the airport!
